Our goals

OUR GOALS (Version française)

We hope to accomplish several objectives within the educational environment of Quebec :

1. Found a pilot democratic school within the Quebec public system and then follow up with several more such schools, as has been done in Ontario, Alberta, and British Colombia.
2. Promote freedom and democracy in education
3. Offer pedagogical resources to people working in or interested in democratic schools
4. Create a network of people who want to be involved with democratic schools in Quebec

Increase the diversity of education options offered to Quebec students, which include democratic schools as well as Montessori schools, Waldorf  schools, unschooling and other alternatives.
